Hanging the rapist might be justice served to victim for once but does not solve the issue. Country having death penalty for rapist also have no control to lower the rape case ratio. Our constitution does not allow this and no one is above the constitution.
You are seeing some rape cases around, but there is sexual abuse on women in 30-40% of families inside South Asian homes, which is always in dark.
Your father, uncle, socially respected males, educators or anyone maybe causing this knowingly or unknowingly. Our blind society does not allow women to express and give full capacity to male. Good men you know might also involved in silent crime inside four corners. You are the society. So, its you who needs a change. Be aware, being older you dont become one, whom you dont like now.
Increasing local security with more advancement and self-defend training in local level could be the movement, if driven right.
